TWO CANDIDATES DO NOT FULFILL THE CONDITIONS OF THE PUBLIC SYNDICATE OF MILITARY PRODUCTION

The lists of the candidates for the syndicate of military production have been declared yesterday, and they contain two candidates who do not fulfill the conditions of the nomination, the fact that is considered a violation of laws, regulations and the rules that organize the labor elections. The first is Mr. Abdul Rahman Mohamed Khayr – as the Engineer Abdullah Mohammed Mohey Eldeen, the chief of training sector, issued the rule no. 99 year 2006 that ends the contract with Mr. Abdul Rahman Mohamed Khayr, considering from 9-11-2006, as the job does not need him and consequently he does not fulfill the conditions of nomination.

In addition, the lists contain Mr. Mustafa Mohammed Mongy, from Helwan's company for Diesel Engines, in spite of the fact that the board of director's chief, Mr. Mamdouh Morsy Hamouda, has issued the rule no. 299 year2006, which ends the contract with Mr. Mustafa Mohammed Mongy, considering from 9-11-2006, for not fulfilling the commitments stated in the contract that is held with him in the fields of advertising and marketing the company's production. It is entrusted to all administrations and sectors to apply this rule, thus what has happened is a violation of all laws and rules issued in this respect. Consequently, the two aforementioned persons do not have the right to be nominated. There is no doubt that the labor elections witnesses wide change in the labor leadership.
