Al azhar's daintiness call for the right of asylum to Israel,

and to denaturalize the Egyptian nationality.

Maat center for Judicial and Constitutional Studies received an appeal for help message from 46 detainees of Al Azhar accident in Damanhor jail, , the new valley jail ,Al gharbaniat jail, the reception jail and abozaabal jail . In this message they call for the right of asylum to Israel and to denaturalize the Egyptian nationality . This call is a result of the ill-treatment that these detainees and their relatives suffer some times by the security men and some times by the jail administration .

These detainees said :

"We call for the right of asylum to Israel ,because of the torture, humiliation, and the aggression we suffer in Egypt- in its jails and out side them- the food is expired , the water is impure and not for drinking and therefore most of the detainees suffer from kidney diseases and other chronic diseases "

In addition ,the detainees expressed their hopelessness towards the security men policy of repeated detention and the full disrespect of the judicial reports to release them .

"As a result, the detainees of Al Azhar explosions call for the right of asylum to Israel in spite of the Israeli great history in killing the martyrs but death in the Israeli detention camps is much better than what they face inside the jails' walls and what their relatives face outside the jails of torture and humiliation of human dignity in their home land ".

The corrupted policy of the security body supported by Ministry of Interior lead those detainees and other men of opinion to feel loneliness in their home land . Is the Ministry of Interior do not know that the continuation to deal with the people's sons according to the security theories which it detected ,in spite of its human rights' violation ,will lead the country to lose its good sons who will have no choice but the necessary one ,the immigration outside the country?!

The condition of those detainees who fail to put an end for their lives by suicide to get rid of the security men's attitude that do not care about respecting human dignity, is regarded as a report about the detainees status in Egypt . These status differ completely form all the security body's declarations about locking the file of the Islamic Group detention after releasing the last 15 detainee of the 15 thousand detainees who are affiliated to this group. This reveal the reality of these declarations and raise an important question : while there are 15 thousand released detainee of one group, so ,what is the real statistics of the detainees remained behind the jail's walls ?

The real answer of this question and the condition of Al Azhar explosions' detainee is a message to all who are concerned :

" The file of detention and detainees escalated and became a time bomb…its signals are a real estimation of the political status in Egypt .This file can not be solved but with the solutions that adopt a national plans concerned with strengthening the democratic principles ,the respect of the judicial institution and its resolutions and before all these the respect of the sovereignty of law and the respect of rights and public freedoms ".
