Ministry of Interior Executed a Report to Release One of Al Azhar Blasts' Detainees.

In a step we were calling for and we wish that other steps may follow it, Ministry of Interior executed a report to release one of detainees who were detained after Al Azhar blasts, the court issued a report to release the detainee Ashraf Mohamed Nour who was detained in April, 2005 and who submitted some complains, the last of which submitted in 01\03\2007 and the report issued in 11\04\2007.

Thus Maat Center for Judicial and Constitutional Studies call for the minister of interior to execute the other issued reports to release the detainees whom participation in the blasts or in any other terrorist events was not proved this is according to law, constitution and respecting to the judicial reports' pretext.

The security bodies have to present any one whose participation in any blasts was proved before his normal judge to make a fair trial according to the law.

Until other detainees are released we call upon the general deputy to investigate the statements presented by the detainees and their relatives about the abuses they are facing, the ill nutrition, and the attacking of infectious diseases.
